POLICIES

SERVICE GUARANTEE

All hair design, color and texture services are guaranteed within one week of service. When used with recommended, accompanying Bumble and Bumble products purchased at Bloom Salon, all hair services may be guaranteed for an additional period. Bloom Salon Artists will always discuss available products with each guest during their visit.

 

If, for any reason, a guest is unhappy with a service provided, we ask to be notified immediately. We rarely receive complaints on services, but if we do, we will make every effort to correct the issue to the satisfaction of our guest.

 

After services are performed, we strongly recommend that guests pre-book their next appointment. Doing so will ensure that you see the same Artist at your return visit, ensuring continuity of service.

 

In between visits, some stylists provide bang trims and neck clean-ups at no additional charge. Appointments are recommended, but not necessary, though you may experience a wait as a walk-in.

PRODUCTS

We are proud to carry the full line of Bumble and bumble hair care products.We know that we look good when you look great between visits. Since 1977, Bumble and bumble has revolutionized hair and hair styling by emphasizing the individual, transcending trends and launching new looks. From their color safe shampoos, conditioners, and hair therapy treatments, to styling and grooming cremes, waxes and sprays, Bumble and bumble is known as one of the most influential hair companies in the industry.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

As a courtesy to all of our guests, we offer e-mail and text message appointment confirmations. We may also contact guests by phone up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time for confirmation; however, we do encourage guests to provide a cell number and/or e-mail address at the time of appointment reservation for participation in our confirmation system

CANCELLATIONS

We kindly ask guests to provide at least 48-hours cancellation for color services and 24-hours cancellation for all other services. In many cases our stylists have clients wanting to schedule an appointment from our waiting list; proper cancellation allows us the opportunity to fill the empty appointment and ultimately makes the rescheduling process easier.

We understand there are unavoidable instances of cancellation, however guests who regularly cancel or do not keep appointments without advance notice may be asked to provide a credit card prior to booking future appointments. The card would only be charged in the event of a missed appointment or cancellation not made within the time frame outlined above.

LATE ARRIVALS

At Bloom Salon, we strive to give our guests on-time appointments, as we schedule appointments based on estimated time windows for each service provided. We believe in the value of every guest's time and make every effort to keep all appointments running on time.

 

We appreciate when guests are able to notify us that they are running late, and we will make every effort to accommodate guests in those circumstances. Unfortunately, if guests are more than 15 minutes late, rescheduling may sometimes be unavoidable (depending on the stylist's schedule).

MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Guests who miss appointments without prior cancellation may be unable to schedule future appointments and may be considered for service as a walk-in guest, based on availability.

GRATUITY

Our stylists gratefully accept gratuities, however they are not required. Industry average is 15 to 25 percent of service cost, but should be estimated by our guests based on his or her level of satisfaction with the stylist who performed services.

RETURNED CHECKS

In addition to the original amount of the check, a returned check will result in a $25.00 service charge. Return checks must be paid in full prior to new services being provided or purchases made.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable. Some gift cards obtained by guests through promotion, giveaway, non-profit organization or community effort may be designated as redeemable only for salon services with a specific stylist and may not be used for retail product.

PRODUCT RETURNS

At Bloom Salon we guarantee your product selection. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Bumble and bumble purchase, simply return the unused portion to us within 30 days of purchase. If the product is returned after 30 days or is more than 50% used, we reserve the right to deny the return or pro-rate the amount of the purchase price.

ATTIRE

Guests are welcome in any attire, so please come as you are. We provide capes for your protection and we have a limited number of gowns for your comfort.

CHILDREN

Our goal at Bloom Salon is to provide a relaxing and safe experience for all of our clients. As much as we love your children, we ask that you do not bring them to your appointments unless the child has an appointment of their own. This is to ensure your relaxation and the safety of your children.

PETS

At Bloom we love all animals! Unfortunately, due to State Board of Cosmetology and Board of Consumer Affairs regulations, pets of any kind, other than service animals, are not permitted in the salon. Service dogs with the official "Service Animal" vests are the only exception to this rule. Therapy dogs, emotional support dogs and/or companion dogs are not recognized as “Service Animals” according to The Board of Consumer Affairs. We invite you to talk with us about any questions or concerns regarding this state law.

WEBSITE USE

Information collected from this site is only used by Bloom Salon in the event we need to contact you for further information regarding your inquiry. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information. We do not use our guest database for anything other than salon communications, nor do we sell our database to third parties.
